Cancellation Policy and Registration Changes

If you register with a dance partner: Your partner must register within 3 days to secure both spots.

No refunds will be made if you are no longer able to attend the event.
However, you may transfer your spot to another person of the same level and role.
You must notify the organizer about the transfer. The transfer fee is 25€. If a person in a registered lead/follow partnership drops out, the other person will lose their spot until there is an other partner available to partner up.
If you are naming a new registration partner, send us an email and amend your registration.

Changes
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event, including classes, workshops, teachers, venues, and pricing, without prior notice.
Please check your emails before attending Balboa Trainingscamp.
